Face Grain Cutting Board - Thick.

When I do face grain/long grain boards, I typically stick to the finishing them at about 7/8 to 1-inch thick. I had a customer who liked the style of one of my thinner boards and requested a 2-inch version. This was the end product, and I loved it. It was massive and heavy, but incredibly solid. I believe it was a wedding gift that turned into a table centerpiece upon receipt. Walnut exterior, to Hickory, Padouk, and Black Limba. I wish this was one that I took the time to take more professional photos of.
